Forecast for October 27, 2010

Yesterday:
Courtesy of the Storm Prediction Center, yesterday's storm reports:

Today:
Early on today we will have showers and thunderstorms possible. This is the same storm that caused massive flight delays, severe weather, and even a blizzard across the Midwest yesterday. Expect the humidity to still be around the area as we have another day with highs in the 70s. Temperatures will begin dropping back to normal as we head into Wednesday night.

Tonight:
A stray shower will be possible early on, otherwise expect rapidly clearing skies as the system quickly moves out. Lows will be back to near 60 (our average high for this time of year).

Thursday into the weekend:
Thursday will be the final day of well above normal temperatures for the area. A second cold front will move through on Friday and that will drop temperatures back to near our seasonal high for this time of year, 60 degrees. The weekend looks great for the Marathon and Colbert/Jonathan Stewart rally. It will be sunny both days with highs in the 60s.
