High: 90
Heat and Humidity will move back into the Mid-Atlantic today. Expect sunshine to blanket the region early in the day, with clouds building in during the afternoon and evening hours. Winds today will be out of the SW at 5-15 mph.

Tonight
Low: 70

During the overnight the Washington Metro will have a shot at some scattered showers and thunderstorms.  The rain is badly needed, but unfortunately many areas will miss the scattered showers.  Winds will stay light out of the S through the night.

Thursday - Saturday
Thursday and Friday will be warm and humid across the region.  Highs will be in the 90s ending a summer for the record books.  Saturday a stronger front will move through the region.  We'll have a shot at some showers as we move into Sunday as temperatures drop to 70 for our highs!
