Forecast for September 24, 2010

Today:
Today could be another record hot day across DC. It will certainly be our 65th 90 degree day this summer, and it will approach our record high for this date as well.  I'm anticipating that we'll top out in the neighborhood of 95 degrees!  The good news is this weekend we are expecting a big cool down.

Tonight:
Quiet weather tonight with mild temperatures continuing.  Lows will be in the upper 60s and low 70s.

Weekend:

Another sunny day is in store for the District on Saturday as temperatures climb to the upper 80s on Saturday. For those of you running the Clarendon 5 and 10K's, the weather looks just fine.

Sunday will remain dry as clouds start to build into the region in the afternoon. A front will begin moving through the region late on Monday and bring with it rain chances that will last through the day on Tuesday. Currently it looks like we'd receive 1+" of rain, which is badly needed.

I'll add graphics as I become more accustomed to blogging, but if there is anything you for sure want added let me know!
