Forecast for January 14, 2011

Today:
Expect a few clouds to hinder sunshine at times today. High temperatures will stay cool as we only reach the mid 30s. Winds today will be light out of the West.

Tonight:
Skies will be party to mostly cloudy this evening as winds become light and variable. Temperatures will not be as cold as last night as we'll have a partial blanket over us. Lows will be in the mid 20s in the city and near 20 in the suburbs.

Saturday into next week:
High pressure will drift off to our east during the day on Saturday and a cold front will move through the area during the day on Sunday. What does this mean for us? Warmer temperatures. As the High slides east winds will return out of the South ushering in warmer air. Highs this weekend will be near 40. Monday a wintry mix is possible early in the day before the precip chances change to rain. Rain showers will continue off and on through Tuesday with Tuesday's highs potentially climbing into the upper 40s to near 50!
